Who qualifies
You need to meet all of the following. Talk to an advisor on WhatsApp and we will tell you where you stand before you commit to anything. Documents are uploaded securely in your portal, never over chat.
- If you invest in an approved investment fund, you may qualify for a 10-year Golden Visa without the need for a sponsor, provided you meet any of the following conditions:
- A valid commercial or industrial license and memorandum of association showing a capital investment of AED 2 million or more.
- Additionally, you must:
- Fully own the invested capital (it must not be a loan)
- Commercial/Company Investor
- Fixed Deposit Investor
- Tax Return Investor
Final approval rests with the relevant UAE authority, not with us. We will tell you honestly if your file is weak before you spend money on it.
What you will need to send us
Your file starts when these land in the portal, not when you pay, so upload early. Digital copies go through the portal and anything physical can be dropped at the office.
