Residency Application/Approval

The official UAE residents' ID is issued.

- Sponsor’s Emirates ID
- Scanned color copy with at least 6 months' validity, showing all four corners
- Digital studio-type color photo with a white background.
- For UAE Resident: Copy of your current residency visa & Emirates ID.
- MOFA attested and Legally Translated Birth Certificate
- Birth Certificate approved by ministry of health.
- Salary Certificate or Labour Contract of sponsor
- Title Deed or Ejari (tenancy) contract
- NOC from the employer of the sponsoring parent, if required.
- If the mother is sponsoring the child, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the father (from a Public Notary in the UAE) is required.
- If the sponsor is an investor, a deposit fee of 3,025 AED is already included in the Newborn Baby Visa price.
Documents Required
Note:
- Visa must be applied within 120 days from the date of birth.
- Salary of the sponsor should at least AED 4000 or AED 3000 plus accommodation.
