- Scanned color copy of Newborn's passport with at least 6 months' validity, showing all four corners.
- Scanned color copy the sponsor's valid passport showing all four corners.
- Digital studio-style color Photograph with white background.
- Birth Certificate approved by ministry of health.
- MOFA-attested and Legally translated Marriage Certificate of parents in Arabic
- Salary Certificate or Labor Contract of the sponsor
- Copy of Mother's Passport & VISA
- Sponsor’s Emirates ID
- Proof of Residence (Title Deed or Ejari contract)
- NOC from the employer of the sponsoring parent, if required.
