Those who are exempt?
- Investors: Individuals who hold investment positions are not covered by the UAE unemployment insurance ILOE program.
- Domestic Helpers: Those employed as domestic helpers, such as maids and housekeepers, are not eligible.
- Temporary Workers: Individuals employed on a temporary basis are exempt from this insurance.
- Juveniles: Workers under the age of 18 are not covered by the ILOE Dubai insurance.
- Retirees with Pensions: Retirees who receive pensions are not eligible for unemployment benefits under this program.
