- Citizen employer must present a valid original Emirates ID
- Resident employer/ investor must hold a valid UAE residence visa
- Proposed worker must not hold a current work permit
- Worker must be 18 years or older
- Maximum age for domestic workers is 60 years (exceptions apply if inside UAE with recently cancelled visa - not older than 3 months)
- Valid insurance coverage must be provided for the worker
- Worker’s occupation must match job requirements

- Scanned color copy of a passport with a validity of at least 6 months, showing all four corners
- Digital studio-type color photo with a white background
- Last visa cancellation or tourist visa copy
