- Last visa cancellation or tourist visa copy
* Employers employing more than five domestic workers must provide a written explanation outlining the reasons for hiring an additional worker
Eligibility Criteria
- Employer must have a valid passport
- Citizen employer must present a valid original Emirates ID
- Resident employer / investor must hold a valid UAE residence visa
- Proposed worker must not hold a current work permit
- Worker must be 18 years or older
- Maximum age for domestic workers is 60 years (Exceptions apply if they are inside UAE with recently cancelled visa, not older than 3 months)
- Valid insurance coverage must be provided for the worker
- Worker’s occupation must match job requirements
